Pros
Good location, exposed brick, and stain glass window details but does not a livable place make — good features I guess…???
Cons
Roaches even after exterminator, damp air quality (had to invest in dehumidifies), front door lock is loose // at one point it broke and they left us without a lock for over 24 hours, mold went untreated upon move on, kitchen sink didn’t provide hot water upon move in, floors are warped and susceptible to collapse over time, creaky wooden stairs that you can easily hear whenever someone is on them, some bedroom doors don’t shut or are difficult to shut because they’re warped and don’t fit the door frame (my bedroom door didn’t have a lock), I honestly could go on and on, but what I’ve listened was more than enough to make me never wanna live here again.
Advice to the owners
Entire building needs complete renovation — it’s clear you rent to people who have no living standards

Dirty, old. Moldy. Outpost club is terrible about being responsive when it comes to rental issues.
