New neighbors suck

Affordable, easy commute to train. D and 4 line
Cons
Noisy, dirty, rude neighbors. Used to be a quite neighborhood and now it has gotten worse. It’s like the landlord is just letting anybody move in.
Advice to the owners
Stop letting trash people move in to the building!!! The smell coming from 2B is disgusting!
