Pros
Buiding is new, big living room and good size bedrooms and good amenities
Cons
Highway close, rooms are good sound proof but not for light sleepers

- Terrible Management Company - Multiple 311 Complaints - Paper Thin Walls - Zero Response When in Need of a Repair - Over Priced
Advice to the owners
Be better to your tenants. They shouldn’t have to fight with your management company in order to have basic necessities fixed or replaced.
