Highly recommend this building
Pros
These are the nicest landlords ever. They live across the street from the building so getting things fixed is never an issue. They are always doing small projects to improve the building or cleaning the hallway. They have an exterminator come monthly to do a preventative spray and I never saw a pest the entire three years I lived there. One of the best and most responsive landlords you could ask for.
Cons
Absolutely no cons for me.
