Landlord is terrible
Pros
We love this building. It has lots of charm and the neighbors are lovely.
Cons
Things that needed fixing like the hot water, mice infestation, air conditioning, and heat, took years to fix or were never fixed. The landlord is completely unresponsive or claims you are lying about serious issues. He is awful to deal with.
Advice to the owners
Take care of and respect your tenants.
