Unclean, no lighting
Pros
Nice neighbors, relatively quiet street, big bedrooms. The man who does repair is so sweet.
Cons
Cigarette odor, the halls and stairs haven’t been cleaned in forever.
Advice to the owners
Please clean this building! And add more lighting.
