Lovely building with great landlord.
Pros
This building has great bones and lovely detail. The landlord is wonderful and very responsive. The neighbors are great too. We are a small building and everyone is friendly, clean and considerate.
Cons
We like everything here.

He needs no advice! He’s a great landlord.
