Good building and nice location
Pros
The building was well kept and I liked that both of the entry doors remained locked. Management was pretty responsive.
Cons
There wasn't much that I didn't like about the building itself. Sometimes the super wasn't as responsive but that happens sometimes. It wasn't anything too bad.

Great Building No Issues
Pros
No roach or rat problem or any plumbing/heat issues. The super is great
Cons
Shake shack workers sit on the stoop and smoke weed all the time
