Pros
Laundry in some units. Good area.
Cons
The freezer has been broken for months with no response from management. Recurring roaches and rats outside. One ran over my foot as I took the trash out. They say the exterminator comes on the first Saturday of every month, but that is not true. I have seen more and more roaches in the apartment as I've lived there longer. Very noisy neighbors. management acts clueless. Rent at your own risk.
Advice to the owners
Please get it together.

Pros
Their super is incredible. Shared stair space is kept clean, updates to paint, tiling. Never had a problem in apt with bugs or rodents.
Cons
I had water damage on my ceiling in my bathroom for months. The only reason it got done was because the building has an INCREDIBLE Super who goes above and beyond his job and is good at communicating. Also this building was notorious for packages stolen all of the time and never figured out if it was someone in or out of the building. Building management was super unhelpful with that.
