Loud neighbors, great super!
Pros
Super was very responsive and garbage management was great. Building is clean.

Cooking smells and loud neighbors

The worst building ever

Near the ocean
Cons
Very noisy apartments, crazy neighbors, poor window quality, they get air through it was built for temporary housing so it remains the same
Advice to the owners
just rebuild the entire building
