Best landlord I’ve ever had
Pros
This building is beautiful and the apartment I lived in was light and airy and well kept. Mostly the landlord Vernasta is so wonderful and kind and you’d be lucky to have her! Bonus two sweet cats :)
Cons
Heat was iffy sometimes but nothing else!
Advice to the owners
No advice she is fabulous!
