Pretty alright but renting for way above it's value now

Pros

Well located, management was responsive with enough pestering

Cons

Broken appliances upon move-in, management's response to package theft was to change the door code and refuse to tell us what the new one was, forcing us to use the key, had to fight to get our deposit back

great experience & location

Pros

best management company i've ever had. Some of the apartments get really great light.

Cons

it could use updates for sure and a more thorough cleaning.
