Great place to live
Pros
Management runs the building well and any issues have been resolved quickly. Great location and a wonderful place to live.
Cons
The boiler has had issues a few times but they have repaired it and kept us informed each time.

Three words about 64.
Pros
The building has the nice units.
Cons
The management poor, they charge for everything even for the drain dryer pump which was impossible to be broken by the tenant since it’s installed inside of the machine.
Advice to the owners
Be more understandable.
