NO HOT WATER OR HEAT
Pros
Amenities are great! Location is amazing.
Cons
Heating unit is electric, ConEd bill will be $500+ per month. The windows are also not insulated well. Each unit comes with a small water tank which only allows for 10 min of hot water.
Advice to the owners
Fix water system
