They never respond and will never resolve any of your issues unless you threaten them with calling the city or withholding rent. Trying to get ahold of someone is impossible, it’s as if they don’t actually have any employees just a bunch of voicemails you can leave messages to that just live in a black hole. Upi, who manages rent is the rudest person I’ve ever had the displeasure of communicating with. If you have an issue in your apartment good luck! Water damage? Deal with it. Broken appliance? Suck it up. Clarity on why rent increased so much? Forget about it. This is quite possibly the worst management I’ve ever had. If I didn’t love the neighborhood so much I would be long gone. Constant plumbing issues, constant roof leaking, constant heat issues in the winter. Living in this building is like the Hunger Games.
