Lovely neighborhood and community

-maintenance was responsive -amazing neighborhood & convenient to everything -community on the block
Cons
-mice live in the walls so you can hear them all night and if you don’t have holes sealed they will get in -extremely dusty especially the staircases, they’re filled with spider webs. -can hear neighbors entire conversations, loud, anytime they walk sounds like an explosion, one tenant DJs nonstop all week and very rude when he was told to turn it down

Cons
Laundry was not installed for MONTHS. When we moved in nothing was set or cleaned up even though no one was living here before us. Although electric heat is nice it is so expensive. As for the neighbors in the building they’re all rude. A lot of them had complaints about noise levels and instead of talking to one another they just went to super directly and even threatened to call the cops. Another update is that a family is in the first floor so be mindful there is a baby now.
