A Nice and quite space to live
Pros
Close to the park, quite, really nice neighborhood, and the laundry is well maintained.
Cons
You can hear you neighbor upstairs walking and sometimes talking. We had a mice infestation the time I lived in there.
Advice to the owners
Watch out for the small holes around the apartment.
