Perfect apartment for those starting out in NYC

Pros

big space and I like that the kitchen is separate from the living room. there are also 2 closets for storage

hallway is kinda dirty

- owner is very responsive/nice

Cons

- roaches/insects live in the walls - some neighbors demand utter silence/rude (don't understand apartment living) - takes a while to get things fixed - band-aid approach to fixing things - often times no hot water, lukewarm or cold - people move out within a year or two

Advice to the owners

Owner is great. Super is slow at responding to problems, long delays in workflow
