great owner and living situation
Pros
Lived here for a while. Owner super responsive. Building clean. Reasonable about raising rent. Excellent building.
Cons
Like a lot of brownstones the floors are thin. You can hear your neighbors walking upstairs.

Central heating is hard to control, no elevator, walk up building
