Great building for the UWS
Pros
Cleanliness, security are done well. Haven’t seen any rats or cockroaches.
Cons
A little bit cold on the heating during the day

Lived here for one pandemic year
Pros
Super was kind, staff was busy with multiple buildings; management was fairly responsive overall.
Cons
Multiple thefts and break-ins due to poorly secured building front door. Apartment drafty in winter, toilet clogged often, there were roaches.
