Responsive super, good location, elevator and laundry sufficient
Cons
Cockroach problem. Mangement did try to address it but it was not rectified and therefore I did not resign.

Friendly staff, elevator, laundry, easy access to trash

Common spaces, including laundry machines, are not cleaned
