Super keeps the building in perfect conditions.

You can hear your neighbors across units.

Great Landlord & Building
Pros
Building is clean, well-managed and usually adequate notice is posted when something will be shutoff in the building and repaired. Also, the apartment walls are very thick and when I am in my apartment, I never hear my neighbors. It’s heaven.
Cons
There are a lot of bugs. This really did not become an issue until Covid.
