nice building, needs better upkeep

good tree coverage, big windows, tall ceilings, central ac
Cons
poor maintence quality which seems standard practice in nyc. not enough hot water to fill bathtub fully

Best Place Ever!
Pros
Building is very clean, and the front is kept very nice, trash is always taken out on time.
Cons
The street can be a little dirty, but in front of our building is maintained.
Advice to the owners
Don’t be afraid to ask for upkeep!
