Unresponsive and Questionable Practices
Pros
Location, back terrace on floor 2, in building washer dryer
Cons
Lack of responsiveness from building and super, the occasional rat, consistent package theft, thin walls, the smell of bbq downstairs wafting through the air, cleanliness of the building. I am going to list all of the issues that I had with my unit and how long it took to be repaired to better explain the response time issue: Bathroom door does not close / 1 year 11 months and counting Toilet clog/ 5 days / when it was unclogged it flooded and I was not informed of the flood so I walked in the water Air Conditioner leak / 2 weeks in the summer / damaged the flooring and my winter clothing being stored under bed Kitchen sink / 2 weeks / and damaged the inside of the cabinet Gas stove / 3 weeks and counting / still have not been informed by the landlord when it will be on
Advice to the owners
Just respond to emails and phone calls! Things are breaking and no one is giving any updates.
