location; quiet; chill neighbors (though no cohesive neighbor community to address concerns, complaints)
Cons
no live-in super; neglected common areas, wear and tear throughout building; no exterminator services; slow response time, including for time-sensitive concerns; various abandoned and unmaintained vacant units

932 St Marks Doesn’t Miss
Pros
Wood floors, high ceiling, great light exposure, windows in every room. Our small two-bedroom feels much larger than it is. All new kitchen appliances, great heat and ventilation, responsive and kind super, friendly neighbors. Laundry in lobby.
Cons
Noise, walk-up, 15 minute walk to trains, mice. These pale in comparison to the perks. This place is a gem!
