Not the best - at all - but certainly not the worst
Pros
Cheaper rent, near multiple subways/trains, above Central Park
Cons
Property management was unresponsive for weeks and took months, yes, months to address a ceiling leak/roof leak that finally, upon looking like it was going to burst at the seams, did they send someone to fix.

Great Doorman Building
Pros
Apartments are spacious and clean. Management is very responsive
Cons
Building gym is outdated, small, and needs to fix some of the machines
Advice to the owners
