Affordable rent, near L, G, J, M, Z, virtual door man
Cons
Wouldn’t paint or clean properly before move in, raises rent every year 3%, doesn’t allow multi-year leases, construction/building fixes are not done well but mediocre patch jobs, limited rubish storage and very time specific to dispose, stairs within building are terrifying, pests despite quarterly spraying
