Beautiful location but noisy
Pros
- Great location - Nice unit space - So much natural light - Big bathroom - Super is amazing and quick
Cons
- No vent in kitchen (whole apt smells when cooking) - Stairs… so many stairs - Narrow hallway: hard to move in furniture - Small-ish unit (standard for East Village unfortunately)

Vent needed in kitchen.

Well kept building, only 2 units per floor

Buzzer broken sometimes. Low flush pressure.
