Great Landlord and very nice apartment
Pros
Our landlord is fantastic. He is very responsive if you have any inquiries and/or requests. He is always willing to help make any improvements and repairs to the apartment and has it handled at your schedule. The location is in walking distance of the 2 & 5 trains, Metro North, Express bus and local business for the Bronx and Westchester. The supermarket, laundry mat , bodega and various stores are also in walking distance.
Cons
Apartment can get chilly in the winter but it helps to insulate the windows and doors
