Well Maintained Pre War
Pros
The units in this building are well maintained, and some are renovated. In my 1+ years of experience I have seen no pests.
Cons
There are no appliances such as washer/dryer or dishwasher. Some floor plans do not have windows in the living room/kitchen. The super is great but does not speak English.

Great management !
Pros
Hallways are cleaned every week and management is very responsive.
Cons
They don’t use radiators for heat and the heater they use is very inefficient
