Tenant at the apartment
Pros
Good location and good price
Cons
AC ended up not working in December, they had to install window AC. Which costs twice more on electricity. Slow to respond to issues at the apartment

pretty good experience
Pros
great friendly neighbors, great roof, liked that they at least tried to control the roaches but they kept coming back. also good landlord, he replaced our “cool” lights with warm ones very quickly upon request
