Clean, sidewalks kept clean, Super is great

Management not always professional, doesn’t communicate well about maintenance

Beautiful building with mercenary owners (but hey, it’s New York!)
Pros
Generous closet space, really nice windows.
Cons
I got bedbugs and they didn’t disclose history honestly, and the jacked the rent up unnecessarily highly each year plus charged me for the extra few hours it took me to move my stuff out.
Advice to the owners
Treat your tenants a little nicer.
