This is not a suitable building
Pros
Easy access to stores and food
Cons
The building is not clean No heat ALOT OF BUGS RATS IN WALLS unit came with broken windows, fire alarms and broken fire escape Owners do not answer promptly or are easy to access
Advice to the owners
Fix the heat and basic funtions for winter. Communicate with tenants, maintain your building better

Horrible building management
Pros
Nothing but horrible living
Cons
Ppl sleeping in hallways, the management are thrives, they sell apartments, they have a big infestation of roaches and mice, they play loud music all day everyday, they sell drugs out of the side of the building
