Pros
The area is absolutely amazing. So quiet. Lots of parking space. The neighborhood is great!
Cons
The landlord is a SLUMLORD! He will not fix anything that needs to be fixed in the apartments. He’s very rude. Curses at you because he’s upset about things you bring to his attention. He’s told us many times now that he will have us evicted because we have been complaining about the heat which is harassment and against the law for him to do so. He has now cut off our doorbells so we don’t know when the inspectors come to the apartments to check on the heat. We’ve asked him to fix the problem and he does not. He’s now received 3 violations this year (2021) for heat regulation. He’s very irresponsible and is an absolute nightmare of a landlord.
