Bad unresponsive management. Poor value + rent increases
Pros
Would not have signed this lease if I had been aware of how poorly this place is managed
Cons
Dirty, lots of issues with appliances (combo washer dryer is terrible) and pests and management was extremely unresponsive. Both roaches and mice found in third floor apartment. Rent increase is nearly 10% on an apartment that is already poor value. Virtual doorman was left broken for nearly a month with no way to let people in. Have nothing good to say about this place. Live anywhere else in the east village. You will regret signing here

Great space and clean apartment!
Pros
Very clean building, well maintained, nice supers, amazing location!
Cons
Sometimes management takes a while to respond to maintenance requests and you have to keep bugging them to get people to come fix it.
