Pros
Close to train station but very quiet. Well maintained building for its age. Many units pretty newly updated. Lots of closets. Neighbors are kind/polite, and generally keep to themselves. Live-in super is very responsive by phone or text. Pest control comes every month (on a schedule) if you need them. Laundry room and garbage/waste areas are kept very clean.
Cons
Like the other review said, you can always hear the apartment above you. If your upstairs neighbor is active at night, you'll know it. If they are doing renovation on the other/nearby units, pests tend to scatter to other apartments. Nothing you can really do about it. Noise level also makes it hard to work from home, but it's not that disruptive (or common),
