Amazing building & management co
Pros
- Incredibly kind, helpful, and respectful building staff & super (we love you Rafael!) - Well maintained and regularly cleaned building - Very thick walls; noise does not travel - Reasonable rent prices for the UWS - All utilities included in the rent! Including gas & electric
Cons
Honestly nothing. This building is a rare gem in this city.
Advice to the owners
Keep the building staff guys around as long as you can! They make this place into a community and a place people want to stay long-term.

Good Pre-War Bldg with + and - of That

Staff are all professional, friendly, polite and responsive
Cons
Building is almost 100 years old and shows the wear and tear in many of its systems
