LOTS AND LOTS OF COCKROACHES. Had a huge pest problem and Victor barely helped. One day, we had tons of roaches come out at once from the boiler room. Had to be in front of the door killing them non stop because they were all coming out. Victor offered to send someone in a couple of days. But we needed help RIGHT THEN because it was NON-STOP. Ended up getting someone that came an hour later and Victor didnt refund us. Also, left the apartment in perfect condition and still found an excuse to not give us back our deposit. Horrible landlord. Thin walls, you can hear the door of the lobby and ring of the elevator all the time.
