Unresponsive Mgmt, Rundown Building, Unreasonable Pricing
Pros
Good location and relatively quiet building
Cons
No response from management for any requests - from basic fixes to pest control Garbage is often left unattended for weeks, commonly filled with rats and roaches roaming the floor. Building is not attended or cleaned on a regular basis. Renovation work in common areas leaves clouds of dust and dirt that are not cleaned
Advice to the owners
Hire a consistent superintended and prioritize communicating with tenants

Great building, poor management
Pros
Location, size, and basic renovation.
Cons
Management company is lazy AF. Rats in the building, flies in our apartment.
Advice to the owners
Listen to your tenants. Our lives are busy: We don't complain for no reason. Care, or get out of the building management business.
