-landlord is aggressive, harassed me and other tenants, doent respond, and once asked me to climb up my fire escape to access our upstairs neighbors apartment -plumbing is old, i once had sewer water spray all over the bathroom. Property company did nothing. Never once responded to me -cockroaches are everywhere, i was on the 5th floor and had to deal with infestations -ceiling will leak -windows crack and will leak air - Every package got stollen. Every. Single. One. - Heat never gets turned on in time in the winter. There were days where the apartment was 40 degrees. - Front entrance gets left open - mailbox was fully broken and never got fixed. The door would not lock and thus left all our mail open By the time i left all the tenants were banding together to sue. I hope they did.

Stop yelling at your tenants
