Loved living there. Wonderful experience. Great rooftop and prime location.
Cons
Busy street by Barclays caused traffic sometimes.

A hidden gem near Barclays
Pros
Courtyard facing unit was quiet, sun-filled, tons of light. New and well-functioning appliances. One of the best kitchens I've had in any apartment in BK. Beautiful roof deck with stunning views and sunsets. Great gym.
Cons
Inflexible management when it comes to lease-breaking/sub-leasing (during prime Covid 2020). Lockout service charged a significant amount and took a while to come on a weekend.
