July 2022 Review
Pros
I think the location is fantastic with all the subway lines in the neighborhood. For the building itself it is also clean and I’ve never had problems with neighbors.
Cons
The stairs are steep and slightly narrow which makes it hard to move in furniture or take out the trash.
