Location was phenomenal
Cons
Management allowed a contractor to blowtorch lead paint which led to a 5 alarm fire displacing all 450 tenants. This was the icing on the cake of many habitability issues.

It's decent, but could be better
Pros
It's decent for what it is. Nice neighbors.
Cons
At the time, noise levels were too much with lots of loud music all hours of the night.
