Pros
Decent size space .. 2 bedroom, 1 bath, back porch, front porch. Near seaview park.
Cons
Landlord lives downstairs.. complains about tv (low) volume at night, says she can hear it downstairs.. Complains about walking after 10pm, complains about addressing any issues before fixing.. complains about utilizing back porch ( can hear when the door opens and closes) . NO PARKING, TICKET AGENTS ARE VERY ACTIVE, will give tickets if car isn’t moved on time.
Advice to the owners
Don’t rent your apartment to tenants if you’re going to complain about “Tv noise late at night.. or someone walking in the hallway. Don’t tell tenants when signing a lease that youre easy to live with if youre going to send text messages late at night to complain or cheaply fix issues that break within days.
