Great views and amazing location
Pros
Great doormen; good amenities. No problems during my 3 year tenure.
Cons
Package situation a little slow to inventory arrivals; however this is a contractor. sometimes taking several hours --was only a concern because I needed them immediately for work sometimes.

Cons
No Doorman or even just something to stop people who don’t live here from entering into the building. Intercom is always broken Back door is ALWAYS PROPPED OPEN!!!
