Fantastic unit in Park Slope brownstone
Pros
The layout of the apartment is really awesome; the patio is spacious and easy to take care of; the landlords are very responsive to any issues in the apartment; close to public transit; great neighborhood with restaurants and coffee shops
Cons
During the summer, the natural light coming into the living room is blocked by the tree outside, so it's sort of dim, but still really beautiful
Advice to the owners
Keep it up!
