Great building in a good area
Pros
Doormen and building management are very kind and responsive. I like the location and subway accessibility.
Cons
There has been construction going on for the entire year I've lived in the building that was not mentioned prior to our move in, and the management office still increased our rent for the year.

Lovely, well-cared for building
Pros
Amazing staff, the super Luigi is wonderful and attentive. I always felt safe living here and the building is well maintained. Truly my favorite NYC apt experience so far (after a series of horrible property management experiences at other buildings)
Cons
Some of the apartment fixtures are a bit old school and not modern
