Good building, classic pre-war issues
Pros
Management is good, but there's a lot of issues due to an old pre-war building (mice, loud, cockroaches)
Cons
We lost heat a few times

Solid Apartment, Lackluster management
Pros
Reasonably priced. Pretty quiet. Incredible location.
Cons
Biggest issue was management always cheaping out on fixes. We had a leaky roof for two years and managment's solution was to just paint over the leak which fixed it for a month until another big rainstorm caused a leak again. Same thing happened with some plumbing fixes
