Beside the smell, its a good building

Very well renovated appartment They renovate every apartment after each tenant with new fridge and new stove… Close to everywhere Good super
Cons
Dog piss Smelly building 24/7/365 If you want to smell piss the whole year long, this is the place to be Laundry didnt work since the day i moved in nov 2021

Dirty building. They don’t give heat. They don’t fix apartments. You pay rent but they don’t want to do anything for the tenants
