It's okay
Pros
Responsive super, decent apartments, in a very nice area.
Cons
Saw a huge bug in the hallway in the stairwell, super gets excited around 4th of July and shoots off fireworks from the roof.

A basement of I’ll repute
Pros
Close to Carl Schurz park.
Cons
Horribly managed, possibly illegal basement apartment that hasn’t been updated in 11 years.
Advice to the owners
Better pest control. Mice and bugs will forever be more at home than the tenants.
